CLICK HERE for Current Schedule. To request a timeslot for room use please put in your request through Planning Center Resources. If you do not have a Planning Center Login or if your Planning Center Login does not have access to the Resources App, please email for access to submit requests.

Instructions on submitting a request:

From the Event page:

  • Click the "New Event" button
  • Name the event and add any details about the event for quick reference.
  • On the next page click the "New Reservation Block" button on the right.
  • Select the date, time, and any recurrences for this reservation.
  • Click "Create"
  • In the resulting dialog box, find the Room or Resource from the right sidebar.
  • Rooms and Resources that are already assigned to another event at the same time will be greyed out and details can be seen by clicking on the grey dot.
  • Drag and drop Rooms and Resources that you are requesting into the dialog box
  • Click the "Close" button when you are finished
  • The approval team will be notified and will get back with you about your request.

    **To add this schedule to your Google calendar, click the GOOGLE LINK in the bottom right corner of the Room Schedule Window.
